I love this product, it helps to not have such a craving between meals. The delivery time was very short, this is very important.

I can't tell if it really helps of not. I am not taking it for appetite suppressant but to improve neurotransmitter function. Been taking for 8 months by orders of my doc but not sure it does anything.

I do not remember ordering this so it must have not been great or memorable.

But you have to stick with the dosage. They are definitely part of my daily dieting program. They will keep you from eating too many carbs if followed properly.
