This ghee adds a sweet flavor remnicint of caramel and butterscotcd. I’d yet to see a brown butter ghee with this deep and complex a flavor profile, until now. It’s great in bulletproof coffee, you can sauté almost anything in it from sweet to savory dishes. With this ingredient, the only real limit is your imagination.

just received this. opened the jar, a small taste...WOW! wanted to just spoon it and keep eating. excited to use it in my fatty coffee and for all cooking. i also like that it's not as firm as some other grassfed ghee i've tried. kinda pricey, yes, but healthy way of eating is worth it!

I love the smooth texture taste of caramel.
