Hazel likes them
My dog (10 pound long haired chihuahua) was re-homed to us and has developed some anxiety issues. She is afraid of a car driving down the street (although she loves car rides), loud noises of any type, and abandonment (she follows me around constantly). I have been feeding these (1 every morning) for a few weeks now and although it’s not a remarkable difference in her behavior - I do see some improvement. We are also using positive reinforcement (praise, pets and treats) when she manages to complete a walk around the block without facing home, sitting down and refusing to walk when a car rides by so I cannot say for sure if these calming chews are the only thing helping her get over her fears. So far, so good.

It seems to work
My dogs like the taste. It calms them for car rides and at bedtime. I have to crush them for my toothless doggie because they're very hard. But he likes them.

Very safe
My Pitt Bulls got into my drawer and ate the entire container of treats. There were probably 18 missing and I believe that the rest was eaten primarily by my 11 year old Pittbull. She is super food aggressive so I imagine my younger male Pitt only got what she dropped. The great news is she slept for quite a bit but she was totally fine. They are used to CBD treats which are more expensive. These treats seem to mellow my dogs but they need 3 each. I got them because the female is super scared of loud noises and it does help mellow my dogs.

Other RESCUE products worked better, but he's a picky snacker
I have used RESCUE brand products for one of our dogs, many times in the past. The liquid drops seem to be the most effective at calming him during storms. So far, he has not engaged with these "treats".. I don't know if it's taste or texture, but he will mull them around a little bit and then spit them out. If you have a picky eater then just be prepared: it's not peanutbutter :-) Our other dog likes them..but she is the polar opposite of "picky"...and she doesn't really need the benefit of calming, as storms do not seem to have much impact on her.I will continue to try to get him to eat these; but because of the initial failure I can only say: the brand and quality are good! But my picky pup doesn't like them.3 stars because I know and trust the brand, just this particular product is a miss.

Finally! Been waiting for them to make a treat version for years!
I have been using RR for my dog who has extreme anxiety, for many years. It works! The only problem was there wasn't a convenient way to give it to her unless it was dinner or breakfast time. I had to dose dog treats which was messy and time consuming (waiting for it to dry). I once even sent an email to the RR company and asked them to please make a treat version but they said they had no plans to do that. So glad they changed their mind! This is a no brainer to me. I am a very happy customer! Thanks!

Not working
I have a picky eater and he would take them as a treat. I had to crumble it and put in ice cream. I gave him 2 he weighs 30 pounds. Didn't have any effect on him. Disappointed ☹️

No effect
Product had no effect on my dog. She did not like the taste. And, it’s very difficult to determine the amount to give and in what time frame.

So far they work great, dogs like them!
These really calm the dogs down. Plus the like the taste so not issues getting them to eat them. Work well with papillon and golden retriever.
