This is a great way to get your Yerba Mate if you don't have time to do it the traditional way. It is tasty and gives a nice little energy boost, but it's definitely not as strong as the traditional mate.

This teal is smooth tasting and easy on my stomach. I would recommend it as a good alternative to coffee.

This is by FAR my favorite Mate! Im an avid drinker and this is a "kick in the pants" mate, LOL! It keeps me focused, AWAKW, curbs my appetite and has a great flavor! This is my second order and keeps me from drinking coffee which give me bad acid reflux.

Product arrived super promptly, and I loved the packaging initially. Such value for the amount of Mate and Tulsi! Steeped 2 bags in a 12-14oz cup for about 4-5 minutes, and it was so so smooth and sweet and refreshing. Tried a longer brew iced after this, and it was full bodied and absolutely refreshing with some honey. Well done Eco Teas! Highly recommend!

Other than the low caffeine content this Tea is super good without sugar, don't place the teabags into boiling water, boil it and let it sit for a while so you don't ruin the flavor and cook the teabag.
