good to have for small arms

What’s good Fits big arms comfortably; no more Velcro-on-the-brink-of-failure. Includes six quick‑connect barbs, so you can attach it to almost any brand’s hose without a hardware‑store run (swap took ~30 seconds with pliers). Nylon sleeve and TPU bladder feel sturdier than the thin stock cuff most monitors ship with; Velcro still grips hard after a month of daily checks. Readings matched my doctor’s office within 2 mm Hg—solid accuracy for home monitoring. Where it falls short Air hose is a couple of inches shorter than the Omron original; if you measure while lounging, you’ll need to scoot closer to the unit. Overkill for smaller users—my spouse’s 11‑inch arm gets swallowed, and lining up the artery marker is fiddly. Instructions are bare‑bones; a bigger diagram or a quick video link would save some trial‑and‑error. The BP cuff is reasonable priced and worked great i didn't require the other nozzles that came with the BP cuff the one that was attached too the cuff fit my BP machine just right and gave exact BP readings. I'm a happy camper,I

Not true to size. Extra large much smaller than described.

I have to use the largest cuff when in a doctors office and this fit well and gave the most accurate readings while I was preeclampsia.

Too cumbersome to use.
