Absolutely love it! i was skeptical to order. im not a diaper bag kinda gal, but the size and the color makes this one perfect. It has plenty compartments. and you can wear it as backpack or crossbody bag. so happy with it!!

I love the look of the bag. Size works with my current needs and when I’m done using it as a diaper bag, it’s stylish enough to continue using it as my personal backpack. My only gripe is that the zipper pulls popped off after using it twice. It’s an easy fix, but if I’m spending $100+ on something I should not have to fix anything. No matter how small the repair. It also came with the shadow of a crease that I have not attempted to get out.Otherwise, I like it.

I really wanted to love this diaper bag, but it wasn't for me and I'm disappointed in their customer service (see the end of review). For context, I have bought and tried out at least 7 different diaper bags so I feel I have a pretty good sense of what I'm looking for.Pros:-FITS EVERYTHING YOU NEED: lots of compartments inside so you can organize all your things-COMPACT: relatively compact, but can hold everything you need-STYLISH: looks clean and stylish, which I desperately need because everything else is always a messCons:-BACKPACK STRAPS SLIP OFF: the backpacks straps were a great idea, but lacking in execution. They look cute but were not functional. They kept slipping off my shoulders because the material was too slippery, and also I think due to the angle with which they are attached to the bag-NON FUNCTIONAL BOTTLE POCKETS: There are pockets on the outside for bottles, but bottles NEVER stay in them! For reference, I use phillips avent 8oz bottles, and they kept slipping out if I bent down or made any movement that tilted the bag-MATERIAL QUALITY MEH: The straps had some kinks in it- they were minor enough that I would have overlooked it if it weren't for all the other issues.BUYER BEWARE: I returned it after using it once for a couple hours, with no stains or signs of use but the seller charged me a $20 usage fee. This has never happened to me and I'm pretty peeved because they didn't bother reaching out to me directly to let me know why they were doing this- I know its tough to get returns but that's the price you pay for selling on Amazon. I unfortunately will not be buying from this company again.
