Quality item, Quick install, as described....
Very good unit, quick install (it took over an hour to uninstall existing faucet) - snap-on & screwable connectors, < 15-minutes to install clean - video installation also was very helpful.

Beautiful chrome faceut and handles, BUT the blue dot on the cold handle had fallen out of the fixture and will not pop back into place, I am in the middle of a bathroom gut and redo so I'm going to use a little super glue and stick it back in there other than that this is a solid faucet it's very heavy all of the pieces seem to be quality and I'll update you later on if there is problem.

Both faucets I ordered, had bad o-rings and leaked.
Both came with cracked and leaking o rings. Both faucets I ordered, had bad orings where the bottom of the faucet meets the plumbing. While only a 25 cent fix and not worth returning, it was frustrating to have to uninstall, figure out the problem, fix it, and reinstall after a trip to the hardware store.

Slow to fill, noisy
Not suitable for a tub, not enough GPM to fill quickly. Also has very annoying noise from inside of unit.
