I do not recommend
The product is not as described. The seller claimed that the device supports diagnostic software like FORScan and works efficiently with Ford vehicles, but after testing, it turned out that the adapter does not support full communication with the vehicle's modules β especially the MS-CAN, which is essential for important functions like removing MyKey or programming additional keys. Although the adapter partially connects and reads some data, it fails to perform the functions listed in the product description. The physical switch on the device for HS/MS-CAN is purely cosmetic and does not function as advertised. This is clearly misleading. I do not recommend this adapter to anyone intending to use FORScan for advanced modifications or programming on Ford vehicles.

Did the job
I used this with ForSCAN after replacing the power steering rack and pinion (bought from China) in my vehicle to reset the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) to factory default. It worked fine and I was able to reset the ABS and other modules to factory default and clear all codes on my Ford Explorer 2014 3.5L V6 Ecoboost. The switch on the ELM327 is not labelled so it is a bit of trial and error to determine which setting the ELM327 device is on. FORscan does warn you this is not the recommended device, but other than that it seems to work fine and this one is much less expensive than the one recommended by FORscan.
