This is a good product! 💯. I used to buy tretinoin in bulk many years ago from Johnson & Johnson in India & this product is identical, but must be used with great care as this strength: 0.1% is very powerful. If it's your first time using tretinoin/vitamin A on your face it's best to start off with the 0.05% which I also have. Since I've had a long break between uses I am mixing less than a pea-sized amount with my moisturiser. I use this once a week. I also mix the 0.05%, about a pea-size, with moisturiser & apply once a week, alternating until my skin gets used to it again. Half an hour after application I apply castor oil & wait another half an hour before applying my night-time moisturiser. I am currently doing this before bed, once per week but will gradually increase the tretinoin amounts over several months as well as applying twice & later 3 times weekly. After 3 applications my facial skin is peeling gently & marks, blemishes & brown spots are starting to fade as surface skin gently peels off daily, despite only using once per week. It's important to wear an spf before going outside as well as keeping skin very well moisturised. When used carefully & patiently, skin becomes softer & clearer with a healthy glow. Fine lines diminish & wrinkles appear less noticeable. I'm now a very mature woman but my skin is still fairly good. I will be taking a break from this product after several months but will resume the very gentle application after around around a 2 month break. In my 40s I used to have professional skin peels ( very expensive) occasionally & used tretinoin very carefully in between. If you are looking to rejuvenate your skin it's a good idea to also take oral collagen daily, around 1000mg liposomal vitamin C daily & a good omega 3 product with EPA & DHA. Amazing product. My skin is pretty good but my nose has open pores and gets congested every day! I bought this and it is very strong but I used a tiny amount, less that a pea sized amount and I mix it with Sukin sensitive moisturiser and apply only to my nose at bedtime. There has been peeling but the difference to my pores in only a short time is incredible. It’s really working well. You must only use a teeny tiny amount and mix with a moisturiser or use a moisturiser immediately afterwards. I will repurchase.

Imagine how excited I was when it discovered I could buy this on Amazon! I have been using tretanoid creams and gels for many years so my skin has built uo a massive tolerance to this, especially at this level. The application is thick with great coverage. The shedding afterwards can be pretty intense depending on how much you apply. I have seen a big improvement in my pigmentation and the texture of my skin. MUST WEAR SUNSCREEN AND LOTS OF IT when using this. I apply this about an hour before bed to make sure it's dry. Would advise applying moisturizer as a top layer to this. Great product. I keep buying.

The gel formula is not suitable to use for anti ageing purpose, it is specifically for treating acne but only if your skin can tolerate it. As a South Asian brown girl, I have somewhat thicker skin and I have also been using Tazarotene, Tretinoin and Retin-A creams since I was a teenager for acne treatments so my skin can tolerate such chemicals better. You only need to put a teeny tiny amount only on top of the acne and before that, use a light moisturiser on face and let it absorb so that you do not get your skin burnt by the chemical.

Wow - this product is wonderful and I have noticed an improvement in my skin several weeks on. Compared to similar products, this cream is great value for money. It is greasy and thick which actually makes it a perfect products for use at night. As it's not costly I've used it on my elbows and knees as well as my neck and face. I have bought more tubes since and can't be without this product. If you're new to tret then it's best you don't start with this level of tret, they do sell lower ones. At first it's best to use this strength a few times a week and build it up. If you're keen to get started, this strength was ok using everyday on elbows and knees.....this product is worth the money and a brilliant price.

Magic gel, use sparingly with a good moisturiser, removes fine lines and skin discolouration..

The worst product I’ve ever used. Used only second time and my face is in pain, pealing and red. The received product has different package and name and clearly says only use if prescribed by the doctor. It should not be sold on Amazon. DO NOT recommend.

Im new to this Retinol journey. I have used this once & I didnt really notice any change thats until day two after the application, my skin started to peel and became very sensitive to me applying other products. I started to panic if im honest but by day 5 my skin looked amazing ( fresh ) uneven skin tones had vanished. I will continue with this treatment once a month. Skin peeling and tingling sensation is normal and will pass, trust the process. Only apply a very small amount
