Most of the time when I buy lithium batteries, in the store or on-line, They are usually dead. These actually were charged to the expected charge of 3V.

Excellent Quality
I am very happen with these batteries. I had a few items that needed new batteries so I opted to try these ones and I am very pleased with how well they work and how long they last. Anything that I replaced so far hasn’t needed another battery yet since swapping them out. I love that! They are also able to be used for many different things like remotes or watches even. They are a great value for the money and I highly recommend them for your battery needs.
