I considered many versions of Apple Watches, but never saw enough pluses, or lack of minuses, to get me to buy one. Having to charge every day was a hurdle I couldn’t get past. I’ve used Fitbit Sense watches for several years, and they provide an average 4 days of charge, though far less integration with my iPhone.I purchased a Series 9 watch for my wife as a Christmas gift, also her first Apple Watch. She loves it, and has told me often I needed one. So when I broke the face of my watch, I researched Apple (again) and found the Ultra 2. On paper, it had all I needed and much more than I currently had. Free shipping and returns, so I tried it.I’m glad I waited for this model. The larger face fits my wrist without looking clownish, the screen keeps all I need to see without having to delve into menus. Like my phone, I can just ask Siri to open apps, send messages, make calls, or start a timer. And it lasts at least 3 days on a charge, so health metrics include sleep data.Compared to a good standard watch, it’s not overly expensive. It can do more than I’ll need, but more importantly does what I want. So far it is the best watch I’ve ever owned. If anything happens to change that, I’ll be back here to let you know.Easy 5 Stars for the Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Wanted to upgrade my Apple Watch 7 this year to something bigger for my over 50 eyes. Since they didn't update the Ultra, aside from color, decided to go with the Ultra 2 over the series 10 as with Amazon's discounted price over Apple of $110, it was a no brainer as provides so much more than the 10. Especially love that I only have to charge it every 3 days instead of each night!

From upgrading the v4 of the apple watch to this, its worlds of difference.. I mainly use for tracking workouts and heartrate.. and with the battery life - theres only a brief amount of time every other day i need to charge.

My dad is in his late 70s, and gets more and more difficult to shop for with each passing year. I purchased this as a birthday gift for him to replace an Apple Watch that was a few years old. At first he asked, “Why did you buy this? I already have an Apple Watch.”After a few days he was pleasantly surprised with its performance, and appreciated the upgrade. One of the best selling features for him was the longevity of the battery life. His older watch (I think it was a model 6 or 7) needed to be charged every single day. He typically gets a few days of wear with this watch before he has to charge it again. He also appreciate the sleep tracking, and other health data.

I really liked the features on the Ultra 2 compared to my smaller Apple watch. The larger screen is nice and easier on the eyes, however I have thin wrists and it looks like a diving watch on my arm. It just sticks out.
