I absolutely love this fireplace. And I had looks at least ten others before selecting this one. It's quiet while running and I love the ability to adjust the flame and the intensity of the flame to create a certain ambience. It was also fairly easy to assemble my son put it together and it took him about an hour. Also I got it at a great buy purchasing it during prime day. I get a lot of compliments on this electric fireplace. One other very important factor, it heats the space very efficiently.

What a beautiful addition to our lanai.......with such a realistic fire. This fireplace is very well made and easy to put together. It works great and adds warmth to the room which was what we were looking for. We love it.

The media could not be loaded. Even though it’s summer, we are enjoying our faux wood fireplace. Love the remote. Logs look authentic. The flames are perfect. You can change the size of the flame and color. It is just the right size for a master bedroom and it puts out great warmth. Quiet when it’s blowing the air out. Added a little texture above the fire box to give it a design. It came white so you can add any personal touches if you wanted to add tile surround to make more authentic. Unit doesn’t take up much space great under a TV. Ours is a 50” TV. I wanted something more traditional and this one is a perfect!

I love this fireplace so much! I have wanted them in past homes and considering the minimal expense, I really missed out. Everyone needs a fireplace heater unit in their bedrooms! So beautiful and cozy. The fireplace has multiple flame and coal settings for different looks as well as multiple temps and timers that will keep the flames and heater going up to the set temp for up to 8 hours.The assembly so easy to put together, it took me about an hour with opening and organizing all of the parts. As others have mentioned, the last step of affixing the heater unit requires someone to hold the unit in place while someone screws it in - I cheated and had my husband pre-drill small starter drill holes in the wood.I am so happy with the ease of assembly, ease of use and such an amazing unit.

The media could not be loaded. Assembly wasn’t difficult until I came to the upper part. It has to slide down to fit, unfortunately it was only by accident I found that out. It can be assembled by one person, but inserting the firebox may take two. I had to drill pilot holes for the wood screws, but once that was done it was easy. The firebox is very heavy and you may want some one else to hold it up while the other person screws it into the frame. The flames are pretty realistic and it gives off a fair amount of heat. I purchased a “crackle” box to make the fireplace sounds. The mantle is true white, not off white. Once assembled, it’s a very sturdy piece. Overall, I believe this was a very good investment and the dancing flames, without the heat, are relaxing after a long day.

So let me say this, for the price paid, this fireplace is a decent choice. The main issue is with the expectations surrounding what you actually experience while owning this fire place.There is a wide range of option in this world, from $200 units up to $6000 dollar ones and you have to realize that this is a $500 dollar unit.The mantle looks nice and well built when assembled, it certainly exceeds the price point expectations. It is easy to build and has a very nice finish to it.The fire box itself underperforms. It does not look like a real fire, it is nice looking and grows on you over time but if you see an electric fireplace for $1000 you'll see that there is a stark contrast between the two. In addtion to that, the unit we recieved was very noisy and had a consistent and persistent "rhythmic buzzing" sound while it was on. Not a huge deal if you know that going in; but maddening if you don't. Last of all, this fire box doesn't put out much heat at all, so it is more of a show piece than anything.Ultimately, we ended up returning this fire place in favor of a model that had more features, had a review like this existed a few weeks ago, we might have kept the unit knowing these details or might have avoided buying it all together.Hopefully, this review gives you more information to make the choice that is right for your house!

It takes one person several hours to assemble, and I had no trouble just slowly following the directions. I will have to redo the last couple of steps on the mantle to get it better align. It arrived well package (good thing since the box got a little beat up). Everything on the firebox seems to work and it looks nice. I'm 5'4" and it comes up to about my chest, so it's not quite as tall as a traditional fireplace but does look very nice. Hoping that the firebox works well - won't be able to test it out for an extended period until cooler weather comes but all the functions on the remote seem to work correctly so far as my short testing went.

We love our Real Flame Silverton Electric Fireplace. It was very easy to put together, and the quality is fantastic. The fireplace feels sturdy and well-made. The design is beautiful, and our living room looks amazing, adding warmth and charm.The flames look realistic, and the heat output perfectly keeps the room cozy. My only small suggestion would be to include a child lock feature. Our 3-year-old loves pressing the buttons and sometimes turns the heat on when unnecessary. Overall, it is an excellent product, and we are very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend it.
