It is NOT leather - do not be mislead!
Despite checking the description and all details, the seller stated in at least 3 areas of the listing that it is “high quality leather”, however upon receipt of the bag, the tag wrapped around the handle clearly states “PU”.

Loving this bag, elegant everyday, versatile bag. I've carried it to meetings and to nice dinners, and it crosses over to events really nicely. I do not use the shoulder strap, that feels (and looks) cheap, but the bag itself is really nice. It holds a lot, it has the appearance of leather particularly with the light texture on the material. It is not a flimsy bag; it has nice substance to it. And it feels good.
