Awesome brushes.
These are wonderful brushes. They work very well on fine lines when needed . can't beat the price. A nice gift for any painter. I recommend them.

Losses hair
It losses so much much hair all over my painting

Good for begining Etegami art with Sumi paint
Nice set of beginner brushes. They work great learning Etegami Art using a light touch. They hold Sumi paint nicely.

Not a smooth point
I paint with watercolor and wanted to add ink which led me to these. I used them once and they were OK, no real problem. But washing them bristles stuck out and some actually fell out!? Not happy with that.

Sturdy
As described and arrived very quickly. Brush handles are study feeling. Brush bristles are stiff and need to be run under warm water to remove the glue agent that is applied before shipping. Bristles are super soft after washing. Uses these in a classroom art project with high school kids. Worked perfect. Would buy more again.

Great set of brushes
Great shape of the bristles. You can go from broad strokes to tiny lines by just lifting the brush. Love the feel of the Chinese brushes. I use them for watercolor and ink paintings. Great paired with the paint-with-water paper. Gave these to my teen grandson who is learning Chinese and calligraphy.

Not so great quality
I really hoped these would be good quality but during the first use they lost their shape and the hairs started falling out instantly. They are not worth it to me.
