These work great
These have solved my gopher and mole problem on my one acre, heavily landscaped yard. We were getting lots of damage in our landscape beds from all kinds of critters. Once installing these solar sonic stakes 3 years ago, we've had one gopher hill out near the road but he moved on quickly. Several of the stakes stopped working recently so I ordered another set. For the price, 3 years of protection is well worth it. A side benefit is they also seem to repel spiders and snakes too. My neighbors have pretty regular sightings of snakes and tarantulas. I haven't had one here. The only problem these haven't solved is the armadillos. I've been having to trap them. These stakes are a no brainer for us.

Two out of six didn't work
I really only needed 4 of these so I was lucky when two of them did not work at all. Kind of cheap Chinese product. One funny mistake on the box. But they do buzz. Yes, you can easily hear them. As far as keeping snakes away, that remains to be seen. But decent for the price.

Not worth it
This product didn’t work AT ALL. In fact, I see more dirt hills now than I did before. I spaced the stakes within 25’ of each other (product says they have a radius of 70’) and even then it didn’t work. I left the stakes in for over 3 months and still no signs of improvement. And I think the worst part of them is how fragile the are. I was playing fetch with my dog and he accidentally hit one and it completely choke apart to the point that it wasn’t usable any longer. So in conclusion, product doesn’t work and is very poorly made.

Doesn't work and loud
The media could not be loaded. They are loud. But I didn't care, as I said in a previous review. My girl can feel these moles. She started digging and digging. And one of these are just a few inches away. I have another new mole hill near where i put one of these(in a mole hill). I'll stick to my smoke bombs. They actually work. I'll be returning these. Definitely not worth it.

THEY WORK
I BUY THESE MAINLY FOR SNAKES AND SQUIRRELS. THEY WORK. I ALSO BUY FOR MY SISTER. RECENTLY SHE DIDN'T REPLACE THE SOME BROKEN ONES AND GOT AN AMARDILLO DIGGING UP HER YARD. SHE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE USALLY GOOD FOR AT LEAST A YEAR. SMALL PRICE TO PAY TO HAVE YOUR YARD CRITTER FREE. THEY DO NOT AFFECT DOGS, CATS BIRDS. JUST THOSE PESTS I WANT OUT OF MY YARD. I LIVE IN FLORIDA AND WE HAVE CRITTERS. SO, I LOVE THEM

Didn't last long
I bought these in March of 2024, and as of June the same year, 4 of the 8 have completely stopped working. 2 of the remaining 4 emit a very feeble sound. I would not buy these again given the choice.

It sorta - kinda works
I put eight of these around my 1500 sq. foot. yard. So, they are only a few feet apart. At first it seemed that I had accidently trapped a mole/s inside the yard but after a few weeks holes in the yard disappeared. After that moles were constantly putting up mounds around the perimeter of the yard, sometimes right under the sonic devices but they didn't actually go into the yard. So, I guess I am surprised that they did seem to have an effect. I plan on leaving the original eight in the yard over the winter and buying eight more and moving the perimeter father away from the actual yard.
