Great taste, bad bag design
This is a great brown sugar alternative. I use this in my BBQ recipes and rubs. The "resealable" bag always gets clogged with sugar and needs to be cleaned out with a toothpick to actually work and still doesn't really close well.

Better than other sweeteners
I make everything from scratch. The Allieās does not bake well, stevia leaves an after, and erythritol makes things a little stiff. This does none of that even though it has some erythritol in it. Maybe it was the monk fruit that made thing stiff. This seems better and I donāt need as much when I make things.
