Not very sturdy !!!
It looks good but it will not protect you from a heavy fall. The pads are too soft and it will not protect you at all.

Stupid placement of the zipper in the armpit, what were they thinking?!
Medium or small, the elbow pads never lined up right with the bend of my elbows. Stupidest decision ever, they put the zipper right in the armpit. This is as obnoxious as it sounds. I could only stand to wear it for 2 hours.
