My woman and I like to use these fish hooks during pleasure hour.

If zero stars could be given, it would be. These are "fake" snagging hooks which are not single piece. The 3 treble hooks are very cheaply welded to a weight. Ordered multiples and every single one broke on the first or 2nd snag under 5-8lbs of pressure...

I had purchased a very expensive reel and a pretty nice rod. Had over$300 in the combo. First trip out with it I accidentally knocked it off the front deck first thing in the morning! it went straight to the bottom in an area with heavy amount of grass. It was only 7ft deep so I thought it would be easy to recover. Ended up spending over 8 hours trying everything I had available and never got it... Came home and ordered these big snagging hooks. They arrived a few days later and I went back out on a mission. I bent the hooks out just a slight bit so the points would grab when drug along the bottom. I tied some 550 para cord to them and started dragging. I was able to locate and recover my expensive setup within 5 minutes! From now on I'lll be keeping one of these dudes in the boat at all times. You never know when Mr Murphy will strike!

I purchased the 14/0 hooks. These hooks look heavier and bigger than what they really are. As I show in the picture I added with review the hooks I received are shy of the measurements they really are. Suppose to be 4.13" high but I measured 3 3/4" tall. The width from center to suppose to be 2.95 " but mine is 1 3/8" width just so you know before ordering.

These snagging hooks are an absolute waste of money. From bent hook points to the weakest steel I've seen a hook made out of, these are pure trash. There's no doubt in my mind that these hooks could be bent with your hands, so how are they going to snag those monster carp? The led is poorly molded, and the hook eyelet is terribly rough on the inside, foreshadowing frayed and broken line 3-4 casts in. Save your money and look for some other hooks.

I lost a baitcasting rod that belonged to my father who passed away 5 months ago in lake Linville in Mount Vernon Kentucky. I was very upset over losing the rod and went on Amazon searched grappling hooks to retrieve my ride. I came across these treble hooks figured they would work better than a grappling hook. So I ordered them got them in and fixed them where I could use both of them together on one line and it took me three and a half hours but I got my fishing rod back. I pulled up all kinds of stuff out of the way with no problem at all the boots bending or breaking extremely strong and well built. They worked wonders for me! Most importantly I got my father's rod back after it been the light for a week!

These hooks works on certain degree. First off the actual hooks are slightly smaller than what it's advertise. These hooks are thinner than I expected but it's very sharp. Cut my hands few times while tying a rope to it.The weight needs to be heavier. It's little too light for what I needed for which was mainly to unsnag my lines around the pier.I was able to get my line unsnag few times using it but because the weight was little light one of them got snag and I could not get it unstuck under the pier. Luckily it came with two so I will go back tomorrow and try to see if I can get the other stuck one back. Hope don't lose the second one.
