This product gives me a new method for developing better and stronger hamstrings! I am just in the beginning phase, but in the first few workouts, I feel it hitting areas that are hard to reach just doing legs curls and was sore in places I had never been before indicating to me that it is working smaller muscles as well for fuller development! I put a plastic stool in front of me to lean on as I work and will aim for a wider range of motion as time goes by. I love this product and recommend it highly, add it to your legs routine, and feel and see the results, and as seen in my picture, the areas it hits are far beyond just regular legs curls! Warm up and stretch thoroughly before your workouts and start out slow and steady. It works!

Got into nordic curls from Knees over Toes guy, now have the whole family incorporating it into their workouts.

Really nice piece of equipment, simple, well made (very stout). The adjustment is simple and sturdy. I think it is overbuilt which is a rare and welcome surprise. I also find it very useful for me because I use it for Nordic curls and pull overs.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm regretting purchasing this item.First of all, the more reviews with the same issue were found after having this incident.It broke completely after a couple of use. Moreover, when it broke, i was going down and almost landed on my face. Very horrible.Secondly, it's hard to find a spot where I can use this yeah it's convenient for doors. Other than that, where else can I use this? Probably I'm not so creative as to use this tool.Overall, very mad and upset with the product unfortunately.FYI, I'm 165lbs and a guy.

The materials are quality. This product is less expensive and takes up less space than a dedicated nordic curl stand. The trade off is the lack of stability while doing the exercise. If the strap is not perfectly centered on the stick or your legs are not perfectly symmetrical on the stick, then you will have stability issues during the exercise. This will be true of any similar product that is essentially a foam stick on a strap. I think this is a good introductory product to the exercise given the price, but there is a tradeoff in stability compared to a dedicated stand.

Glute ham raises have been a missing ingredient in my workouts. I'm happy to report that the NordStick works great! It's easy to adjust and keeps me locked in nicely while I perform the movement.

Very well thought out product and pretty durable. The strap and adjuster are what makes this Nordic door strap better than it's competition. Absolutely get the pro!

This nordstick broke after using it about 10-15 times. It might work for beginners, but not for athletes who want to increase their hamstings' strength at a higher level. I have contacted the company, but I haven't heard back from them, so I don't know if the nordstick that I received was defective.

I am 85kg and use lots of firm padding under my shins and knees whilst performing nordics with this strap.After barely 10 months of use 1-2x per week, the plastic door anchor has literally snapped mid-rep, sending me catapulting into the ground, winding me. The strap has also flown into the back of my head and left a nice bruise. I highly recommend seeking a safer alternative than this strap. It is not up to the task and is clearly dangerous. Very disappointed that a seemingly reputable company would use such a cheap plastic anchor, it needs to be made of metal. NOT SAFE, DO NOT BUY.

It broke within one week. Very cheaply made.
