These MAXPOWER 24 inch Sliding Arm Locking Clamp worked flawlessly for gluing 1" thick butcher block together. The larger pads helped distribute the pressure over a wider area meaning less marring of the finished product. The 24" of slide gives plenty of room for wider materials. The C clamp gives the ability to micro adjust the pressure. Works perfect for clamping material to weld, glue screw or any other use you may have.

I want my tools to perform and not show stress when I need strength from them. This MAXPOWER 24 inch Sliding Arm Locking Clamp fits this bill. The bar is very strong and you will be hard pressed to stress it. The clamping mechanism locks securely and it has an adjustment screw to customize the release. The wide pads help to spread out the clamping pressure. I really can't find any fault with this clamp. Some people may find this a bit expensive, but you need to keep in mind, this is probably a forever tool.

Terrible product that doesn't clamp at all. No adjustments would produce enough clamping force that even a slight wiggle of the handle would not open the clamp up and cause a full release.
