Cards fall lost money
Every time I went into my pocket to grab this, my cards were almost falling out. Also my $20 under the clip fell out and was sacrificed to the gods. Yes it is small and compact, but I do not trust it.

Good not great badge holder
I need a badge holder that can display my ID and I can pull out that ID easily repeatedly throughout the day. Then I also need to hold a bunch more cards that I access less often. It does all that. The big problem is that it is too tight. The thin film on my ID is peeling off from trying to get it in and out of the front slot. The cards in the back are held firmly in place with more wiggle room for putting them back in. I'm less worried about those. It is heavier than a regular badge holder. I don't really notice it, but it's something to be aware of if you care about it. Lastly, it doesn't hold non-cards. I'm not willing to trust the clip on the back to hold things while swinging from my neck all day. I haven't tried using it as a wallet, so no comment there.
