Profound effects - works as described
This stuff is awesome. It absolutely works for cognitive function and mental clarity. One month in, the effects are profound. Note: IT TASTES HORRIBLE. But the taste is less bad over time as you get used to is. So you have to find a way to consume it. Personally, I put hot water, honey, and shilajat together and stir until combined. Pour that liquid into something chuggable and down it. I like to mix that concoction with "green drink" supplement and take it all at once. It masks the flavor a little bit. I plan on taking this daily for the foreseeable future.

A MUST HAVE!!!
If you’re serious about your health and well being this is a must have. The taste is not so great by itself but when mixed with tea, coffee or juice, you barely notice. My energy levels have been through the roof since I have been taking this supplement. I feel fantastic! Sleep quality is better. I live a high impact lifestyle and since I’ve added this to my daily routine my quality of life has been better. Considering all the benefits you get from this, this is a great value for the money!!! This takes the place of so many other substances. Best quality you can get. Improve your over all health.

Working but i'm suspicious
The product is amazing. I will however mention that it is supposed to have a proof of quality , which i've gotten in the past. The second one i've gotten so far is missing it as well. I've only purchased the gold plus from this salesperson. It's a bit sus, but the product is working just wanted to mention it.

Definitely an item that helps . I recommend everyone at least try it to see how it can help them. Great for energy and focus. Plus it has great nutritional qualities.
