The sauce itself is real raspberry, strained of all the seeds and excellent taste! Great for the holidays! Easy & quick, for a fancy dessert/drink in minutes! Not thrilled with the waxed cardboard type container but it works. I make my own and this is an EASY way to get similar results without any of the work! Highly recommend!

Perfect taste

This is premium passion purée with no added sugar. I lived in a passion fruit growing region and ate fresh fruit off the tree. This stuff is legit and not watered down. It is tart for sure — there is a reason why passion fruit is often mixed with naturally sweeter fruits like mangoes — but that’s what I love about it.

I used this in a home brewed fruited Berliner Weisse. It’s a great flavor. It also makes great cocktails of all kinds. It lasts a while after opened, but will eventually go bad. I’m guessing it would be great in ice cream too.

I have bought this product several times, and it is an okay product. The flavor is good, just a little watery. The problem this time is that the outside of the carton has black mold on the carton and bubble wrap surrounding the product. It is unusable!

I bought this to make a Vietnamese passion fruit drink. Warning no sugar in it, it’s puréed passion fruit with no seeds. For me it worked but I did have to add sugar to balance the tartness. There’s a good amount of it in the 1 liter carton which should last a while. It’s a bit expensive but you are getting a thick product which could easily be thinned down with some water or use less of it.

Longer shelf life would be nice, I had one month until the best by date on my order but it is freezable so not the end of the world. Still something to consider, overall would recommend for ease of access to a good product, just know you may need to utilize it sooner than later!
