Ice Maker

We love ours and would like to get more for other family members but can’t find them any suggestions?

Worked for a while and then stopped. I bought 4 of these for Christmas presents and only one is not good. In the process of trying to return for a new one. When they work they they are great. But not so great when they don't.

Seems like it should be self-explanatory, but it isn't. There are several buttons and no explanation of what they do or how to make ice. I've had the unit for 9 months and still haven't figured out how to make ice. As others have mentioned, the operating "instructions" are of no use. I've searched the web for a tutorial or manual, but haven't had any luck.

Easy to use and water no Fuller than the bottom of the basket if you see water in the basket you have too much set your cube size to small medium or large and press the start button that looks like a snowflake and then come back 10 minutes later and there should be ice in the bin 😉 if not it's broken😭 I gave it four stars for the reason that you have to continue to put water in it during a party it probably could be a tedious task 😋 but it managed to make ice and keep up with my two kids 👍 I hope this was helpful

This is the first time I've ever bought an ice machine, never thought I needed one until now. This one just quit about 2.5 weeks ago. I never thought I would need ice we didn't realize how much ice we use year round. I am getting ready to re-order .This will make my second ice maker. We did so well with this the first time we are going to stick with the Savoureux Pro Line one more time.I would recommend one of these to you or your family.Enjoy it yr. round.Linda G.

Not very user friendly. The product user guide included is mostly icons and pictures with some troubleshooting, but no operational guidance that includes description of how to set clock, or timer. It barely covers how to switch size of ice cubes. It is fast to produce ice cubes. Like other Savoureux products, I find it difficult to be cleaned since the reservoir for water is fixed, and only the ice bucket is removable.
