The bottle contains a patented bag that works in the same way as the mother's mammary glands: it contracts as the baby sucks, and does not require external air to balance the vacuum inside. This disappears bubbles and prevents air intake, which helps to reduce bloating in the baby. It also prevents air from oxidizing the milk and destroying its nutrients, especially in breast milk.
