This is very well made with heavy duty strong components all well finished. No tricks, very easy to assemble. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition Impressed with engineering and attention to important details, ease of smooth operation, Velcro storage tie in lieu of tying. The color is perfect and even, no blotches or interruptions. The supporting ribs are heavy and should provide for a long life. All in all, very well done. No regrets, it was a wise choice and we do recommend.

Great value great looking well made

This is a very nice umbrella for the price. I purchased the baby blue color and it looks very pretty with my patio garden. It seems durable, but obviously would not leave it up in the harsh northeastern winters and winds. The light color reflects the light well and it is cooler underneath in the shade. It should last a few summers. Happy with this purchase.

I bought 2 of these. The white color is elegant in my yard, and doesn’t draw too much attention. The lights are on the bluish side but add a nice touch when it is dark. They are not super bright, but bright enough to be able to see in the dark when sitting under the umbrella. The solar panel is directly on the top and doesn’t require plugging in of any kind. The set up is easy- the pole is in pieces that screw together. The price is unbeatable for the quality. The pole is a stable fit in a traditional umbrella stand. Highly recommend this product!

Love these umbrellas! I own three of them! Beautiful deep color, and well working crank. Raises and drops fast and easily. The pole is a heavy metal with a good diameter for strength. The supporting vanes inside the umbrella are strong. Compatable with any base I've ever chosen to buy for them. I only ever buy this one umbrella because they're quality and a long as you're using the right base ( heavy enough ) they stand up to winds like no other I've owned ( and I've owned a handful of different brands from different places ). Well worth the money for quality.

This large 10 ft. Patio umbrella not only provides great shade, but looks great on our patio. I have a 7 ft. Umbrella from the same company which is great, however, I took a chance and bought the larger umbrella for a larger heavy table(which I feel is neccesary for this particular umbrella) and I am really glad. The construction of this product is even better. The hand crank and pole are well made and sturdy. It was easy to put together also. Generally, my umbrellas have only lasted a few seasons, but due to the quality of the construction that I see I believe that this product will last for a long time. Since I have bought products from Best Products before, I know that if I need help with the product they are quick to respond and make things right.

I wish I could give this product 4.5 stars (or even 5 stars if it would get as much attention for the slight detractors it has) because it really is a great product and great value for the price. The 7.5' umbrella is a great size on our smaller size patio and the green color is lovely and feels true to what we saw in the pictures. The angle feature works easily and feels sturdy as it latches into place when straight upright or tilted in either direction. We haven't had much wind in our area since having it so I don't know about how well it stands up to that yet. We're very picky about the tone of light in our home (prefer warm light to white light) and were concerned about the LED lights being too blue, but they turned out to be perfect. They illuminate everything in a soft and even blue glow that feels more like moon or starlight than your typical bright and harsh LED blue light. Pictures attached for brightness reference. The crank function to open and close the umbrella works well but is the only reason I did detract 1 star. When opening the umbrella, the rope which moves the umbrella support catches slightly on the button which tilts the umbrella. Only a slight annoyance and easily fixed once we figured it out. When closing the umbrella though, the rope seems to have been coiling back on itself (inside of the umbrella shaft) if we don't help to move the support down by hand as we continue to crank the umbrella down. Again, only a slight annoyance once we figured it out but it stands worth mentioning for anyone shopping for a new umbrella (and hopefully save some confusion and having to figure it out on your own for anyone who does choose this umbrella). It would also be nice if it came with a cover for storage, but I'm sure we can find something that will fit/work for it. I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it again!

I’m impressed with this umbrella. The fabric is thick and much sturdier than I expected, and the metal is heavy steel. The burgundy is mislabeled—it’s more of a deep, rich red and looks beautiful. I gave the umbrella only 4 stars rather than 5 because the tilt mechanism is difficult to press and is located too high to reach when the umbrella is placed in a table; it also tilts minimally in one direction only. Unfortunately, the 7.5’ umbrella I bought is too large for where my table is located (near a wall); though I can’t use it as planned, I will keep it because it’s a quality product.

De doos was duidelijk al eens geopend door een vorige koper die de parasol retour had gestuurd. Wij ontvingen de parasol met beschadigingen op de parasolstok en de hendel. De coating is duidelijk van een slechte kwaliteit. De verkoper heeft ons nu nog steeds geen retourlabel bezorgd.
