A great small frying pan, makes a great omelet!
This is a very good small frying pan that is compatible with induction electric cooktops. It is sturdily built and comfortable to handle. Cleaning is a breeze.Best to use nonmetallic utensils to avoid scraping or damaging the nonstick surface, as is the case with ALL nonstick pans.It is a great size and shape for making an omelet for one person! It may seem expensive at about $52 but it really is well made and should last a lifetime.Highly recommended.

Love it - get one for your induction stove.
This is a fun little pan. I ordered the wrong size so this was much smaller than I expected (I measured wrong place) but I am keeping it and ordering another bigger one from them. It works on the induction cook top perfectly and does all they say it would. Delivery was fast and it is priced very well.

A Gift to Myself
It is a wonderful little non-stick pan, exactly the quality I was hoping for. I was tired of having personal non-stick pans that worked for a while and then failed.I'm sure this pan will last for years. Cleaning is a breeze. I do follow the instructions provided and do not overheat when pan is empty and I wash it carefully with warm water and Dawn soap. I couldn't be happier.

It’s so cute and perfect!
I was looking for a pan that would allow me to cook an omelet with less than 3 eggs. This pan is perfect for a 1-2egg omelet. It does hold a three egg omelet but not too many toppings. It is a perfect size. At first I thought the handle was a little cheaply designed but soon after using it a couple times I realized that it was constructed so that the handle wouldn’t outweigh the pan so the pan sat flat on the burner. Love this pan. Would recommend it to anyone looking for something smaller than the standard 8 in fry pan!!

NOT made in the USA. I searched Spring USA's ...
NOT made in the USA. I searched Spring USA's website and they conveniently do not clearly indicate where their products are made. Cost $20 more than the two 9" Calaphon pans (Toledo, OH, USA) I bought at the same time. It has been durable and it is of quality construction. However, if I am going to get Chinese product, I'll pay Chinese prices.
