I love the KIND brand, they are a bit pricey for me but when I am traveling and I NEED to have things I can easily grab for a fast meal replacement or a snack. I can drive with these or have one with a cup of coffee in the morning or as a mid day snack. This has a great maple with the sea salt taste that hits your taste buds right off the bat...if you like sweet and salty you will LOVE these!

These are almost too good, lolI have to be a mom to myself and make me not eat too many, HA! They are that good.I think of having one, but they taste like more.So far so good though, I've kept it to one a day. I always skip breafast and am light on lunch, so these are good in between lunch and dinner, sometimes after dinner.
