PhiFA Men's Leather Classic Oxford Dress Shoes Lace-up US Size 8 Black

Since I'm a bad wife, I tossed out my husband's atrocious looking brown dress shoes. Well, he wasn't too happy about that, so I told him I'd replace them. He found these beauties on Amazon and the price wasn't bad, so we gave them a try. All of his dress shoes are 10.5, but I was still nervous about buying shoes online and since he's picky, I was like ugh. Anyways, I bought these and they are really smashing! They look awesome and I love the distressed vibe.We received them over a month ago, but hubby has worn them many times since then and they still look brand new! He gets compliments on them all the time and people ask where we got them, I say Amazon and they're like nooooo. But, I'm definitely a big fan and I'd recommend them for any stylish men's feet!

This is a good looking shoe. It fits as expected. I wear an 11D and they fit my feet well. I've worn these shoes with jeans, khakis and a suit. They are very versatile. I'm thinking about buying a pair in black.

I ordered these shoes online because my other wingtips sole came apart and I didn't have time to head to a shoe store. I usually wear a 9.5 and ordered a size 10. I can barely get my feet into these wearing dress socks! They look pretty cool, though, and I expect they will stretch a bit (the leather is soft). For $50 they are not bad at all.Regarding the smell: if you have ever spent any time in a Harbor Freight store and smelled the toxic smell of black rubber products, that is what these smell like.EDIT: One month review. They don't smell anymore and are super comfy. However, the leather is so soft that the laces are starting to pull out of some of the eyelets. They really need to be reinforced or grommeted. I don't think these will last a year, but right now I really like them.

Beware. Order 2 sizes bigger, please. I normally wear 10.5 US. Ordered 10.5 and had to return them because they were too tight around the foot. I received my refund immediately after giving them to the USPS attendant and placed a new order for a size 11. A little better, but still tight enough that my feet hurt.... So, I'm retunring them and ordering a size 11.5 to see if they are more comfortable. I'll update my review once I wear the bigger size.The shoes themselves look great.

Haven't had these long so I can't speak to durability but, they seem to be well made. They look better in person than in this site. The toe is not as round as it appears in the picture. Pretty comfortable. The mouth is cut short enough that it doesn't rub on your ankle bone. The sole is pretty hard. Should have a long wear life but it makes for a bit of a loud canter. There could be a bit more heel cushion and arch support but so far it hasn't been a problem. No soreness has resulted from these shoes. Could breath a bit better as well but that is not uncommon for a leather wingtip. I would buy them again. Maybe I'll get the black as well?

So I've had these for now 5 months, not a long time, but I've worn them a lot. They are reasonably comfortable shoes and have a great look about them. I ordered up in size on a hunch and picked correctly. I am usually a 9.5 or 10, but with these I ordered 10.5 as they seem to run narrow andit proved to be the correct choice for me. I've had plenty of compliments on these sub $50 shoes.

You do get what you pay for, typically. Sometimes you get a good deal and it is usually backed up by solid reviews here on Amazon. I searched a long time to find a black shoe like this and would have paid more if I had found the right one. These shoes are a bit small, I wear a 9 but a 9.5 would have been better in these. They have a very strong chemical odor, as noted in other reviews. Not sure how long it will take for that to wear off. I have had them several months now. I have received compliments on them, so they look decent.

Cool amount of natural distress, fits just right...maybe a bit thin in the toe box. Leather was softer then more expensive brands. I am sending this back ONLY because I need a stiffer sole/more support. If you can wear Skech--- or similar, you will like these. Very cool styling and color.

These are a great looking shoe. I ordered a size larger as a previous reviewer had indicated that they ran small. This was not my experience. In fact, they may have run bigger.

Very classic look. A little stiff and leaves black marks on the floor, whereas my other black shoes don't. I'm happy with the purchase.
