Light, comfortable and good quality sound from both earpiece and microphone. Good value for money and I'd recommend. Only point to note is that I use the 3.5mm jack to connect to my laptop and the wire is then a little short when sat at my desk. I've got used to it but it's better if you can use the usb or usb c ports

This purchase arose from ongoing issues with my Bluetooth headset. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I work remotely 95 percent of the time, participating in virtual meetings and calls throughout the day. This headset is comfortable and user-friendly. It simplifies answering calls on TEAMS and Vonage. The ability to answer or end calls, mute myself, and adjust the volume from the attached remote is a fantastic feature. The boom mic rotates, allowing the headset to be worn on either the left or right ear. This lightweight headset has adjustable features that accommodate anyone. It doesn't strain my glasses when I wear them with the headset and doesn't apply excessive pressure on my head. The audio quality is excellent, even for listening to music when I'm not on a call. I prefer the single-ear design as it lets me stay aware of my surroundings. Despite the single-ear design, sound clarity is exceptional. I've asked my coworkers how I sound during calls, and they’ve all indicated that I sound crystal clear with no distortion. The Polypro app allows you to customize some settings, which is a nice touch. The cord is long enough for me to stand and stretch during those lengthy meetings without getting in the way while I'm seated at my desk. This has proven to be a far better solution than any Bluetooth device I’ve tried, functioning seamlessly with various meeting platforms.

Sound is clear and convenient to use. It has noise canceling so others don't hear my dog barking.

In my entire call center career, I have not found better headphones. The wire is Super long, the earpiece is soft, it comes with USB A and C, etc etc Buy Em, they are perfect! Especially if you prefer the one ear free like me
