The taste was good. I didn’t taste the vinegar like some people have mentioned.I purchased the gummies to help me lose the fat from my body. And this is Exactly what this does.I purchased 2 bottles. I have 1 1/2 left. I have lost 30 pounds. 180-150lbs.I don’t chew them I suck them until they dissolve. After I eat breakfast or lunch. Than in evening before I go to bed. Drink a lot of water.Take every day. Don’t stop. And you will see results.
