UPDATE : I received my own cups as well what I opened, the quality of the cups are excellent! I would definitely say that the cups are well worth the price!! They are not too firm and not too soft, just the right. The grip rings are fantastic so you will be able to use them either with low or high cervix, as the stem has excellent grip rings as well. It was 4 suction release holes which helps to break the vacuum. As I wasnt too sure about the capacity I measured. The L can hold 30ml to the air holes and 33ml to the rim, the S can hold 20ml to the air holes 23ml to the rim. As I mentioned in my firs review, the cup is from Italy and I tried many cups ( over 30 cups ) I NEVER had issues with any Italian cups ! If you want a bargain but a high quality cup , then I can HIGHLY recommend the Rainbow cups from Italy! Its comes in an eco pack which i think really good idea. It does not come with a pouch. I ordered 2 cups for a friend who lives abroad and cant buy these cups there. She wanted a pink in S and the Yellow in L. As these cups are not mine and I dont own a Rainbow cup yet I cant give a full review of the item. The cups looks good, the colours are just as on the picture. I dont know about the material if its feels nice and quality or not. I will update my review and write a more detailed one when I will buy one for myself.

I've only used it for couple of days but I'm thoroughly happy with it. I've got the size 1, which according to the packaging means the silicone is slightly stiffer than the other version. Regardless, it's still very easy to fold and comfortable to use. It's my first ever cup, but the usage is much easier than I thought it would be. Only took couple of tries to get the hang of it, and there hasn't been any leaking so far either. I used to be very anti cup, since I felt like everyone was ramming the cup gospel down your throat, but I genuinely wish I would have bought this years ago. So much better and more comfortable than tampons and pads. Give it a go!

Im 2 years on from buying this product and its finally gone on me. The join between the stick and the cup has broken. Leaving me trawlling amazon looking for a new one. The suction is great, and explains the break point. It hold a lot and rarely leaked untill it was full to the brim (im very heavyflow). The cup is really firm. However it would leak and reposition when bendijg down as a teacher I would often crouch to the kids height, feel the movement and leak, then have to hobble to the loo.

Arrived on time. I am used to wearing cups, Nice feminine look. However, I can honestly say this product is not made for me, personally. We are all different shapes and this product did just not work for me. I have given this product 2 months try, and I have not got comfortable with it. The hard material makes me feel it all the time, I have not been able to sleep with it. The "stick" was too long so I had to cut it off.

I absolutely love it. It took just tentatives to understand how to fold it and place it. Is an amazing product. You don't realize you are wearing it i at all and it can stay on for long time before being full(quite usefull when you are out without bathroom facilities for long!). Top quality product!

I've tried to use it a few times. When I can get it to sit right it's great, but sometimes it's a real struggle to get it to pop open when it has been inserted Still 5 stars as it's a personal issue rather than a product fault

It is hard silicone. It didn’t do the job. I had some leaking 😕

Took a couple of days to get positioned correctly but wouldn't go back to tampons now. I have a high cervix so had to have it slightly high then normal. Only negative would be; it would have been nice to come with a bag to keep it in.
