The condition was good battery health is 93% for a excellent condition phone realistically should have been 95% plus and aswell the iPhone display ain’t original so the functionality of the screen is very poor I have to now spend a lot of money getting a screen that actually works ur better off somewhere else

Arrived on time, the phone was dirty but no scratches worse than in the description of what is to be expected. The conditions on Amazon do differ from those on their website, so check to see what matches up. Still much better value than buying new. Came with 95% battery. And works perfectly.

Love the phone. Came in good condition. Use it up to now. Newer used iPhone before but it’s great. Much better price than other retailers.

This feels like a lucky dip. My iPhone showed to have had minimal recharges, and was really mint condition - which is the best result. Chose the seller based on the research that they were one of the better ones for quality. The phone was also less than a year old, I reckon I either got really lucky or this is the case with most items and I was just too worried about nothing.

Malgré les nombreux commentaires négatifs sur ce produit et ce vendeur, j’ai quand même décidé de tenter ma chance au vu du prix attractif. Et je ne regrette pas!! Aucune rayure, aucun accroc, batterie à 96% et tout est parfaitement fonctionnel. L’emballage protège très bien le téléphone (double emballage en carton + papier bulle + boîte du téléphone). Dans la boîte on trouve une facture, une feuille d’explication pour la e-sim avec des liens pour les différents opérateurs, des écouteurs filaires et un câble de chargement (pas d’origine). Néanmoins, les commentaires n’avaient pas tort à propos du fait que le téléphone n’a pas de SIM physique, qu’il n’est pas étanche ni à l’eau ni à la poussière (il est précisé sur la boîte que c’est car il a été ouvert) mais pour l’instant après 3 semaines d’utilisation je n’ai eu aucun problème malgré plusieurs utilisations sous la pluie. Enfin, j’ai eu 1 jour de retard pour la livraison mais je ne pense pas que ce soit la faute de Moonenergy mais plutôt celle d’amazon. (Acheté chez le revendeur MOONENERGY)

Estimados Compré un iPhone 15 Pro que llegó con un día de retraso, y al configurarlo me llevé varias decepciones: • No incluye la opción de “Limpieza” en Fotos, una función que esperaba en un dispositivo de este nivel. • La carga fue excesivamente lenta: tardó más de 3 horas en llegar solo al 85%, algo inaceptable para un móvil nuevo de esta gama. • He intentado contactar con el vendedor y no he recibido respuesta, lo que añade frustración a la mala experiencia. No recomiendo esta tienda por falta de atención al cliente y poca fiabilidad. Un producto premium merece un servicio a la altura, y no ha sido el caso./as, Les escribo para informar de una incidencia con el iPhone que he recibido recientemente. El dispositivo presenta problemas de carga desde el primer momento. Concretamente, ha tardado más de tres horas en alcanzar solo el 80% de batería, lo cual no es normal para un dispositivo nuevo. Esto me hace sospechar que podría tratarse de un problema en la batería, el cargador o el propio terminal. Solicito una revisión urgente del caso y que se me indique cómo proceder, ya sea para reemplazo, reparación o verificación técnica, dado que el producto está en garantía. Quedo a la espera de una solución lo antes posible. Gracias por su atención
