Updated x2: Ecoflow did contact me and warrantied the SP2, and while they sent it, the newest firmware updates fixed my breaker problems. I've never had a problem with support as others have. My experience has been pleasant and I can tell they're upgrading services such as customer support. The products work flawlessly together and couldn't be happier with the combo. Updated: Ecoflow is replacing the SP2 under warranty and has claimed to help with the cost of the reinstall as well. They did contact me and take care of this replacement within 2 days of this past review, so far everything is going well with customer service. ------- First, I love Ecoflow, and have had a wonderful experience with products in the past. I rarely give reviews, let alone negative. I'll update this rating based on how Ecoflow assists me. The ultra is great. Recommend it for sure. The smart panel 2 (SP2) has numerous issues with several customers. The last firmware update did fix my error code, but during the update, 4 of the 12 breakers stopped working. We confirmed it is receiving 0 volts electricity on all 4. So for a $2000 electrical panel, this is not acceptable. Nobody has an answer as to what or why. These new panels use relays, and I'm curious if we just need to replace the relays. Waiting to hear back from customer service, but it has been a few days. So I am exhausting other routes to get their attention and get this resolved. It is a legitimate one star review for now. I'm hoping Ecoflow sees this and expedites customer service for customers. I'm sure many people are having issues with them. Thanks guys I look forward to hearing back from you.

Absolutely Amazing product! However Ecoflow ships with Fed Ex and requires signatures .. I have ordered 3 times totaling 4 deliveries .. The first delivery that I took the day off for failed to deliver .. FedEx said they attempted to deliver it however I was on the porch all day and my cameras show proof there was never a FedEx truck on my street that day.. That package was not delivered for 2 additional days that I needed to stay home for due to "Signature required" the Second delivery was once again "Signature required" My delivery window was between 10 am and 4 pm So I took the day off.. however at 12:01 am the next morning FedEx once again showed a failed delivery .. their support line insisted a driver attempted to deliver it .. once again cameras proved otherwise.. That brings us to the third and final delivery ... The package was set to deliver yesterday between 11 and 4 .. so I took the day off , at 2 pm I received a notification that my package was being held " At my request" .. I called Fed Ex again and was informed the package was held at my request with the reasoning that the package was not in Wichita ( My City ) to be delivered .. after an hour on the phone they agreed to have the package left at a Local FedEx office store for pick up ... I went there to get it this morning and was told they did not have it and would not get it due to the weight and I was given the number to the local FedEx ground distribution center .. I called they told me they had the package and that I could come pick it up from them at 10 am .... I drive 15 miles to get the package wait 30 minutes with my car actually inside a FedEx distribution center only to be told ... "They do not have my package and it must be on the truck" ...... So now I have lost a 4th day of pay due to Ecoflow's shipping decisions .... this whole process has been absurd and very draining ...... EcoFlow's product delivers everything they claim .... if you can manage to get what you paid for. .... I would not suggest anyone order from Ecoflow unless you can devote a solid week to be at home for delivery or somehow arrange your own shipping. Ecoflow's shipping choices will lead me to likely never purchase from them again.

I love the Home Panel 2 & Deltra Pro Ultra design and the fact that battery backup is easily expandable, just add extra batteries into Delta Pro Ultra stack. The Home Panel 2 is much better looking and functional as compared to other smart panel solutions in the market. Best part is that you can any brand breakers and the panel can smartly control them. The trolley for Delta Pro Ultra has wheels to easily move it but has an option for fixed rubber pads too. The battery pack can easily be unplugged from home panel and can be used for parties in your backyard, carried in car for camping purpose etc. The casing of the batteries looks sleek but is also built pretty solid and durable. Moreover, the this Home battery backup solution qualifies for federal tax rebate of 30% too because each battery capacity is 3.6 kWh which is well above the 3 kWh qualification requirement.

Excellent alternative . . . Three charging options (grid, solar, wind-tidal) . . . Possible compatibility issues when used with with SMART Meters that are configured to adjust potentials . . .

Very well made easy to expand the batteries. Lots of outlets. Will have many ways to charge the batteries using a generator gas, propane, natural gas and solar unlike permanent generators that uses only natural gas. Also I can take my portable generator with me if I move. Shipping was free amazing. I would have I given it a 5 star but I had two issues. They don’t give you enough information how to operate other generator . Couldn’t find an electrician to hook up the smart panel which didn’t make me comfortable even called a solar co. They didn’t know either so I sent it back. Did buy a second battery. I do recommend this product.

Ecoflow device adds peace of mind. You have to plan for the expense of installation and use a licensed electrician to do the work, but we'll worth it.
