Fantastic Book Highly Recommend!
Never Lose a Customer Again has really opened my eyes to customer experience. Throughout the book I really liked that, no matter the size of your business, Joey will have a case study showing different ways businesses have created an amazing customer experience. The book is structured into 8 phases to help you take the customer from their first interaction to the point they are fans. Joey includes questions at the end of these phases to help you think about how you can improve your customer experience. Some interesting statistics I learned are that somewhere between 20 and 70 percent of new customers leave within the first hundred days and if you can keep 5 percent of the customers who are leaving it will increase profits by 25 to 100 percent. Read it, implement it, and Never Lose A Customer again will increase your profits while making your employees and customers appreciate you even more. I highly recommend the book!

I've read this book 5 times now. It's the most thorough book on all the areas to consider for improving your customer experience. Joey provides soooo many examples that make it easy to see how the principle he is teaching can be applied to you. It's a must-read.

Joey Coleman really did a great job writting this book. You wiil see a lot of concepts, definitions and examples from the real world. I think it's one of the best books for entrepreneurs. But, if you are an employee who works at CX area, it would help you too. Aditionally, you will be in contact with Joey since the beginning of the book. Great book, if you can buy it, do it!
