I have been trying to stick to a low cal low fat diet for a while now. I have about 35 pounds to lose. In the past I've tried medifast shakes (5 per day) but they are so expensive! Roughly $16.00 for a box of 7 I believe... Recently I've been trying equate (walmart) weightloss shakes 3 per day to mock the calorie intake of medifast...they are delicious but not filling at all if you are just doing a liquid diet. A few weeks ago I saw a pin on Pinterest for visalus...I researched it, went to the visalus site and thought ooh looks expensive....so I had to check amazon to see if they carried the shake and they do for half the price! I ordered a bag and tried consuming just 5 shakes per day no other food and I was not hungry at all! I have added a tiny bit of Hershey's cocoa powder to my shakes for some flavor variation, instant coffee as well and it's pretty delicious (ps I mix with water). It's definitely the best low cal low fat high protein powder I've tried...and I've tried a lot! Adding the protein to yogurt milkshakes is delicious too and helps you pack in a ton of protein to keep you full.I highly recommend visalus! It tastes good, it's inexpensive if ordered on amazon, and it keeps you full!

As one with peanut alergy, I am glad to have found this product. ( most of these type products have peanut protein in them somewhere) Our son told us about it. The stuff is really good, we've tried it with every kind of juice - even tomato, coffee, lemonade... and it works. I am down nearly 16 pounds over two months ( three times a week at the "Y" also) This shake makes a good basis for my self styled process.

This is my 5th month of using the Visalus Vi-shape mix product. I have lost over 30 pounds, and am almost at my goal.I would recommend this product especially for the person that is active and has terrible hours because of work.It is the best weight reduction assistant that I have ever had, and I will continue using it to maintain balance in my new lifestyle change. It adds balance to the equation to weight management.

I have been using the product and have previously ordered without looking to see the size of the package. When did we go from 30 servings to 24? The price was not as good as I thought when calculating the number of days.

It's because the shakes can be mixed with anything you like so you don't get bored with them. If you use something like SlimFast, you only have a choice of 3 flavors.
