The weighted bottomed is fantastic; allowing me to place it anywhere in the tank that I want without having to even fuss with burying it or fighting with placing suction cups. It is easy to disassemble for cleaning should you choose to but is cheap enough to just replace the whole unit when it gets dirty.

This thing works great in my 5 gallon aquarium. It does not force my betta to the bottom or top of the water. He actually loves the bubbles. The only thing I don't care for is the loudness of the bubbles. No matter how high the water is.

Great size for 2 1/2 gal tank, keeps water cleaner for longer periods of timez

The only con would be that it needs a weight to keep it down, otherwise, it works like a cherm.

Well this is a good filter but... it floats and I am really disappointed with the design, I would of given it 5 stars if it didn’t float and if I didn’t have to modify it.

I used this in my fry tank. What a difference it made and it keeps the baby fish/fry sage. Well worth the $10

Used for small tank, betta fish, excellent product, doesn't make to many bubbles or waves in tank. Is weighted, but still had to situate properly ( as per anything you immerse in the tank) so didnt come back up. My little guy likes it. I bought a new little pump from amazon as well and the little one way valve so water doesnt back up into it.

A great price and gets the job done. Very discrete, barely noticeable in my 5gal betta tank. Comes apart nicely which is great for cleaning and set up, and the weight at the bottom is heavy enough to keep it from floating. Definitely recommend!
