Great camera
The camera is easy to set up. The range is good with clear picture. I really like the feature where the camera can pan side to side.

Great customer service
Very clear screen, so easy to use and set up. We also had an issue with our monitor and they were super quick sending out a replacement and getting back to me!

Impressive Hello Baby monitor
This is such an improvement on the monitor it was bought to replace, which failed. Easy to set up and use, we like the large screen, the zoom facility, room temperature recorder, and its ability to move around the room , thus tracking our toddler even out of bed, where the old one was static. All in all we are very impressed with this monitor hence the five stars. Well worth every penny.

Great camera but partially not working
The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, when pressing the up button, the camera itself does not move up, unless manually done so, which is seen in the video. Apart from that, it goes left to right, and down. video and sound quality is greatTried to find option to contact seller but couldn’t find this.I’ve unplugged and repaired but it’s still not moving up..Apart from that, it is very easy to use and set up

Good customer service
This product was easy to set up and use and I would highly recommend the product and the companyThe screen is clear and your able to talk to your baby with reassuring murmurs ...But Due to problem with the screen .. I used there feedback and customer service online on here and they replied and sorted my problem without question and replacement was with me 2days later... I can not fault them ..One happy customer

Do not buy if wanting to travel!
Absolute no go for travel, as the build quality is really poor. We took it on holiday and discovered that the screen was broken. No visible sign of damage but clearly something had broken and the screen was not working.As well, it seems it does not charge on European voltage, so even if it hadn’t broken, it would still have been useless to us.Shame as it has some nice features. But just doesn’t cut it I’m afraid. But elsewhere

1 year warranty is true!
Service is great and 1 year warranty is true! I got ours last year but the monitor suddenly stopped working. I contacted the service team and they sent a replacement right away - a whole new unit (monitor + camera). I definitely recommend this brand

Excellent camera
The picture is crystal clear and set up is really easyIt just works.The pan and tilt function give a huge viewing range and the two way audio allows me to soothe my baby from another room.
