Ordered the lilac/light purple shade and I love it! It’s easy to use & creates sharp lines, looks cool AF, and a fun change to a traditional black cat eye. I tried it on without any makeup or lashes done, so you can imagine how dope it would look with a full face, or even a light layer base with just the liner and mascara. It takes 2 layers to get the full coverage and colour because it’s light-coloured, and takes a couple minutes to dry completely .. but it stays put! It’ll wash off easily with an oil-based remover.

Been a big time fan of this company. The prices are affordable. The quality always on point.This eyeliner is definitely water resistant. I have hooded lids and the eyeliner never faded. The color was fantastic and I will most definitely purchase another.A winner as far as I’m concerned. Try it!

The color is great and it stays on all day - even with sweat and an occasional eye rub.The part I don’t like is that the wand comes out of the tube completely covered in the liquid. So as I put it on my eyelid, my eyelashes are basically rubbing all the extra liner off of the wand. I’ve started just immediately grabbing and wiping my lashes off after application.Unless you can put your liner on with the brush angled down, I don’t know how anyone applies this without getting their lashes coated. (I apply liner by holding in a couple of fingers and resting the heel of my hand on my cheek. That’s normal, right?)Anyway, it’s not enough to keep me from buying it again, but I would love for elf to revamp the packaging.

I had been searching for a cute purple color in a liquid eyeliner for my hazel eyes. Although I wish this was a little more mauve it comes out so beautifully! I ALWAYS get compliments when I wear this eyeliner as she really does make my eyes pop! I’ll be back to buy more colors soon!

I think the color is just a touch lighter than what the photo shows but it is a nice color and easy to apply. Good value for the cost

I prefer thin clear lines for my eyeliner and no other cosmetic company comes close to ELF’s precision eyeliner. Some times it’s very hard to find it in stores but I noticed Walmart is carrying more of ELF’s products (yay!). This eyeliner actually has a brush tip not a fine felt tip others make. I noticed the formula is a little different and it clumps up on the stem of the eyeliner stick. The older version never clumped u and always produced a nice smooth line. I like how the eyeliner brings out my eyes and I can make it thick or thin lines that last all day. It doesn’t wear off but comes off like a tape line. Still love it despite the new formula and it’s so easy to use.

The picture creatively makes the bottle look medium sized. It is tiny. However, the portion that has the liner brush is a mile long. Their endeavor to be stingy and provide less product makes the liner very difficult to apply.

The elf waterproof eyeliner pen works awesome so I thought I’d try this. For a week, I had raccoon eyes or random black smears on the tops of my cheekbones. It does not stay put and I was embarrassed more than once at the black rings I what been rockin’!It was very difficult for me to apply this without thoroughly coating my lashes as well. Which meant that when I went to apply mascara it couldn’t glide from root to tip, but rather got stuck in the dried clumps of liner in my lashes 😣 not attractive.Also, this doesn’t wash off well. I had to use a separate eye makeup remover every morning on the black circles under my eyes. This was NOT the case w the elf eyeliner pen, which stayed put perfectly all day and washed off w dove soap.

Insanely impressed with the quality and does everything as advertised. It was very very pigmented and didn't need multiple swipes to show up as white. It was also transfer proof and smudge proof. After drowning and testing it in water, it didn't immediately come off until I rubbed it super hard. The applicator was also nice as it was sharp but not brush like? When swiping it still maintained its sharp shape

The eyeliner worked really well and is super easy to put on. The only thing is that it kind of had a crusty look to it when it dries but it’s not very noticeable from far. Overall this is a very solid product.
