After two years the original battery went out on the unit and was told there is no option but to buy a new one. Those mops are expensive. I found a YouTube video and figured I would give it a try. It was very easy to change the battery. I let it charge for 24 hours the first night. Used it yesterday. The number read out went down a lot faster than the original battery but I was still able to get the entire room mopped before it went below 50. I was able to save this from going into the landfill. Would recommended to anyone trying to save their vacuum mop.

Says that it was the right one but it was not

This battery has all exactly same characteristics as the original Tineco Floor One/iFloor S3 wet vac. 21.6V/4000mAh - at least on paper. Upon installing, the vac did seem to run for much longer, but that's expected since the old battery was worn out.3 stars because:- The included instruction video showed only about half of the process. There are other hidden screws throughout various stages of this process that need to be taken out, glue seals broken, etc. It's noticeably more involved than what the video shows. There are also no printed instructions included. Fortunately, there are videos on Youtube that do take you through the process in much more detail.- The original battery have this padding around the sides and bottom of the battery that ensures snug fit and prevents it from rattling. You can see it on some other 3rd party replacement batteries on Amazon. This one does not have this. As a result, due to rattling it required a re-installation after applying some cushion tape that I happen to have.
