First thing I will say about this is that it does take some time for this to really show results. It took about a week or so of use for the eye cream to work. I did apply it on my arm a little bit to see if there were any allergic reaction but there was no issues. I would still check the ingredients to be safe. The next thing is that the bottle was surprisingly smaller than I expected. There is an applicator to help with applying the cream under your eyes. I would still be careful not to get these stuff IN your eyes. You do not need to apply a ton just a small amount will show results. The applicator is easy to wash and reuse as needed. The cream does not cause any itching or redness which is great. This is easy to store but do not put this in a hot environment. The cap is covered. I would recommend wiping the nozzle. The cream is easy to wash off as needed. Make sure you use this exactly as instructed. Overall the cream has worked pretty well. It has reduced the bags under my eye which is great. It took a few applications before you actually see results. It does not irritate or anything like that. The applicator works well and easy to clean. The only thing is that I thought the bottle be bigger.

I saw a notable decrease in puffiness and the appearance of those unattractive bags that always made me seem weary and worn out, even after a good night's sleep. This was something that I was able to witness after constant usage of the product. Not only does its cooling and massaging action feel very pleasant, but it also helps to improve circulation, which further reduces puffiness and promotes a look that is brighter and more alert. A very good product for moisturizing the under eye area and reducing fine lines. Easy to apply and absorbs in nicely. I was hoping it would reduce the puffiness under my eyes but so far no change. Maybe with time. Still this is a very good product.

I expected more from this product. I was expecting better results on my dark circles and baggy eyes but it only does so much. The serum is tough to absorb, apply very sparingly! Same with lotion. Does hydrate well.

With consistent use, this is one of the first treatments for eye wrinkles and puffiness that is actually working for me. Neither of the formulas irritate my eyes at all and I have had no adverse reaction. They go on smooth with no overwhelming aroma. Both formulas absorb very well in to skin. It doesn't happen overnight but these two formulas seem to be working well in overall appearance around my eyes. The price is also fairly good and a little goes a long way.

Product did not feel cool and refreshing, as some reviews stated. No difference in appearance under my eyes. Product was not moisturizing. I looked at the other reviews again and they seem all to have been professionally written. Since China does not have product controls like we do in the US, I don't believe the ingredient list. If there were vitamin E and jojoba oil in this product, it would feel moisturizing on the skin. It didn't.

It came very well packaged and as described. It was also a really good price and very fast in delivery. I've only been using the serums for a week here and there at night but it is definitely hydrating to the skin and gives my under eye some brightening upon application. I would have to use it more and longer to see any lasting effects it might have. Also, I have very oily skin so I'm really glad that the serum hasn't given me any kind of reaction or build up on my skin like others have before. It's very light in application.
