HKMLC Smart Board Stand with Wheels, Mobile Portable Stand for 55”– 86” Interactive Whiteboard, Design for Office Classroom Home

So far this stand is very impressive! It holds the 75in Smartboard we purchased and its solid! Easy to mount the board to, it moves smoothly with the wheels, which also lock into place.

I purchased the HKMLC 55 inch Smart Board after viewing a video on the 75 inch. I thought both would have the same features. It appears to me that the 55 inch is not a robust. I have used the board quite a bit and find the pen does not work too well when writing on the board. The pen activates before it touches the white board, which creates messy handwriting. The feature that converts handwriting to text does not work very well. It constantly misspells what I have written, even if it is done neatly. Finally the file storage system is funky. There are two ways to access folders containing files. Using one method I see no files in the folders. If I use the other method all the files are there. Strange. Finally, and probably worst of all, the customer service number provided in the back of the manual take you to a company that provides support but NOT for this white board. I have been unable to reach their customer service department, trying several different ways. So, now I am shopping for another smart board from some other company.

I love using this smart whiteboard in my teaching! It allows me to create engaging presentations with ease, and the interactive features keep my students focused and excited. The ability to annotate and save lessons is invaluable. The installation was straightforward, and the support team was incredibly helpful. An essential tool for any educator!
