This puffy sherpa camp blanket is not like other camp blankets that I have gotten in the past. This one is much nicer, and I can't stress just HOW nice it is! The quality is superb and the softness is beyond what you might imagine. When they say it is for camping or traveling, I almost cringe at the thought because I wouldn't want it to get ruined! The presentation of this blanket is very impressive, and I love the bag. They have it rolled up in a very nice carrying/storage bag for you to easily transport it and also to keep it in great condition. Once you pull it out of the bag you find that they have it secured together with an attached strap. Then when you unfold this blanket is when you start to really appreciate the craftsmanship, the quality, and vastness of this blanket. This blanket is not terrible huge, but it's big enough to have a picnic on or to throw over you to keep you warm! When fully opened up you can easily put this across two people while sitting on a couch watching movies. The non-sherpa part, which is on the reverse side, is very thick material and heavy duty. That side of the blanket is waterproof, and I could see if it were raining that you could put the sherpa part over your head and have the other side facing out so it could act like a raincoat or umbrella for you if you didn't have one handy. Because of the way that this waterproof side is made, it is quite easy to roll this blanket back up and pull the attached stretchy band around the blanket, then put it back in the storing bag. I love this sherpa blanket and highly recommend it!

It's like sleeping in a doritos bag. The noise will not let you sleep. They are warm, though.

it's not fair to call this sherpa. it's a very thin layer of fleece on a waterproof backing, which is also reasonably practical because it's light and doesn't take up a ton of volume. comes with a bag which is also nice. for mildly sherpa-like texture and easy OTG functionality, this does the job. is it full sherpa? full, luxurious, sink your paws in and knead for hours sherpa? did i just talk about my cat? no. this is not the ticket. but it will likely be a nice surface for a picnic blanket in cooler spring or fall weather. 4 stars.

This blanket is roomy enough for two people and comes with a great carrying case so you can protect it while it travels. The case is easy to get the blanket back into because it isn't a tight fit to begin with.The sherpa could be a little bit thicker but it's still warm enough to get the job done. I love that the other side of it is waterproof. It would work nicely for camping but could have some other helpful uses too. For example, it would make a great picnic blanket if the ground was slightly damp. It can also be a nice choice to take to a sporting event if there's a chance of rain.I think this blanket is a nice option to have for a variety of uses and would highly recommend getting one!

This is a very nice camping blanket that's very comfortable on the side that goes towards your body. It packs up very well and overall is very warm. Even though I like this blanket a lot I am a little torn on the value of the blanket at about $50 it's hard for me to justify the cost of this blanket. One thing is clear: this is a very nice quality blanket. I am just not sure if it's priced at the correct price point at this moment.

This extra large blanket, 80" x 58", can keep 2 people warm at an outside sporting event. The fleece is very soft and with the nylon outer shell, this blanket should keep you warm, and block wind. The added bonus - it is waterproof. I like the carrying bag, which will keep the blanket clean and makes it easy to carry. Also, this blanket is perfect to keep in the car.
