Best buy. Okay this is easily the best thing I have ever bought on Amazon. It has reduced my fractured leg healing time by 50%.It allows fresh blood to flush into your veins increasing blood flow and healing. If you suffer from glass ankles, pulled calves or shin splints this is the product for you. I even use it with a chin up bar to to work on my chest and abs since it has a very good elastic resistance.It has worked wonders on my core and allows me to recuperate form sport activities in record time. It's so effective it beats pain killers when used for aches in your limbs. And all it takes is 2 minutes twice a day

Great product. Must have tool for all athletes.
I ordered this product after having studied on the concept of flossing and when it should be used. I am very glad I decided to purchase this item and would recommend it to anyone who is involved in any physical activity.I use it regularly on my thighs and calves before I exercise. I have found it particularly helpful when trying to increase my mobility and flexibility before squatting, deadlifting, sprinting or any movement which requires some degree of dexterity.Immediately after using this product I feel greater range of motion and less tightness in my muscles.This is a must have for anyone involved in any type of athletics, crossfit, rugby, football, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics etc

An excellent product which produces results
This has been a great inclusion to my home mobility toolkit. I have found it the best tool for getting movement back into my hideously tight hamstrings. I have also had great results resolving little problems with my ankles and knees which can pop up after running or a gym session. It's so simple, wrap the band around the problem area, go through full range of motion for around 2 mins then remove and the results are instant. Now I have one I think it is a must have along with a foam roller and resistance band to cover all bases.

It's not quite ideal for medical flossing
It's not ideal for medical flossing, the band is too thick so compression is difficult to be uniform as it does not compress equally.

Why didn't I find these much sooner!!
These are brilliant. They have changed the way I train. I wrap then around my knees and quads whilst warming up. Normally wear them for 10 mins whilst getting my knees warmed up etc. They have massively changed my squatting, virtually eliminated all my knee pain during and after heavy squats!

Perfect for voodoo flossing
My posture correction based PT recommended voodoo flossing for my weak knee. These are perfect for it.

Really works, use with care.
Works really well, great for mobilising stiff joints and can be used to reduce swelling.Used this to rehab my golfers elbow. Once I sussed how to apply to myself using one arm, which I did using a piece of medical it made an immediate improvement.Word of warning, using floss band can be extremely uncomfortable and you should make sure you know how to use it before applying. A quick search on youtube will cover this, Kelly Starrett is prob the best source.

Quality band
Unlike some bands that are very slippy this is still smooth but grips well when wrapping it around a limb.
