DnsDerma Skin Roller For Winkles & Scars (1.0mm)

a) i think the needles could be sharper.b) feels uncomfortable, I've used it on my forehead area, for about 5-6 times, it still makes my eyes water a bit & I dont have evidence that it has any effect on hair loss yet..c) it seemed to be build from decent material, but in week #2: the disks that build the roll have unglued (i can see some space between them). I've only used medicinal alchool to clean them (before & after use). Today (week #3) one spike fell while using it.. so i opened it.. i does seem that the glue has been affected.. either not waterproof or by alchool somehow.. I'll try glue them myself!So a 2/5 for this one

The roller is quite narrow, just about 2 cm. Therefore I found it difficult to use on my body, but it should be fine for the small areas (face or neck)

I have been using dermarollers for several months now and my skin has improved dramatically. The scars on my cheeks have become smoother and skin tone has evened out within a few procedures.1. Clean and sanitize roller. Clean and sanitize skin area.2. Use numbing cream if you think necessary. Clean thoroughly.3. Put on serum/oils onto skin. (This really depends on what works for you. What works for some people may not work on you!) Preferably unscented serum/oil or creams as fragrance is a major irritant. Don't know why cosmetic companies insist on having fragrance in their products. Product is put on skin BEFORE rolling so it would be absorbed into the skin as you are rolling.4. Use dermaroller as instructed. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there as well. I usually put on a bit more product after rolling to help cool the skin and moisturise it.5. Clean and sterilize roller. The instructions comes with the box. Make sure rollers are dry before putting them away in a dry area.I've tried dermarollers with the 540 needles and was not satisfied as the needles were not fine enough to pierce the skin and did not get the benefit of what dermarollers are supposed to do for you. So I decided to get one from a different brand. DNS is just absolutely amazing!The needles are fine, however you may need to get an extra air and water proof case or box to put it in as you are only provided a protector cap.

After using this product only once with the collegan cream recommended the roller started to stick. The wheel does not turn around freely and sticks all the time and in every position. I had not tried it straight away when I received it as I had a few nights out arranged and didn't want any 'accidents'. When I finally used it and only a week later it had started to stick I thought it would have been too long to return it. I should have done because it did cost £19.99. If I try to use it now it actually makes me bleed because you have to push it so hard - and that was trying it on my arm!

I found this product to be really effective on my skin. Although the product increases collagen, it is mostly about the products you put on your skin afterwards, which the instructions confirm inside the roller. Its no use doing this and putting any old cream on. You will need a nice cooling gel after like emu oil or aloe vera, but after choose a good quality moisturiser ( i went for an organic vitamin one from green people, was only £15)Using the EMU oil and this product I am finding my skin has a really soft and smooth texture. Pores are definetly smaller and my skin is less greasy. I did use this daily for the first few days and there was no bleeding as there isnt suppossed to be as per the instructions. I have used to have montly microdermabrasion but I definately dont need that anymore! Well worth the price tag of 19.99

i use this product daily both mornings and evenings as recommended and especially after using the dermaroller. i think that i has enhanced the skin on my face as after finishing half the bottle several people commented on the improvement to my skin. i have since purchased two more bottles (to give one away as a gift) and would highly recommend it. the delivery is prompt and i would recommend the supplier who is reliable with fast response times.
