My husband decided to wear his shoes without socks during the summer months, and I doubt I have to draw you a picture with this. I can't even be in the same room as his shoes. I tried washing them, but even that doesn't get rid of the smell. These charcoal bags help a lot, but they don't get rid of the smell entirely. Then again, I guess you'd have to nearly stick your nose in the shoes to smell them, whereas before, you'd only have to be in the vicinity of them to nearly faint.

They need to sit for a few months to help in shoes that already smell bad but for new shoes they seem to work very well

I gym daily and my partner has complained frequently about my shoes' smell. After leaving these products within my gym shoes and work shoes overnight, I noted a significant difference in the smell. The shoes smelled (Almost) like they were fresh out of the box. I convinced my partner to check the smell (after much reluctance from her part), and she was surprised greatly. I'm curious to see how long they last for, but they work better than any spray or powder I've used before.

There is no scent to these bags,but they are brilliant for what I wanted them for. I have damp in my flat so bought a dehumidifier and then got these to place in cupboards and lower drawers. What a difference already. Will definitely buy more.

Although looks nice, not sure it did much to prevent/take away the smell from my climbing shoes. Looks pretty but didn't fulfill its purpose.

Great product

I bought these for my work shoes. I only work three days a week and was using these to remove the dampness and smell between shifts with no success at all’s even after leaving them in there for 4 days straight it has zero affect.

Have just started using these in some of my shoes and after a couple of days they do seem to be reducing the foot odour. I haven't tried using them for anything else yet but they do seem a useful product.
