Fit perfectly and gave her "princess dress" the add fluff we were looking for but it was super itchy. We didn't keep it on her long.

The petticoat actually came as I expected per the picture listed; however, the wear was uncomfortable for my three year old daughter. She didn't like the inner tulle pieces scratching her legs. Another layer of non-tulle, silk fabric for the inner portion might be helpful.

Draw string and velcro to fit size needed. Bought it to go under my daughters dress to give it a little poof. It did its job and she had no complaints about it hurting or scratching which she was at her dance. My daughter is 4 years old skinny body type

Fit is somewhat big, thankful for the drawstring in the back however, when you take it in to fit her waist it bunches the crinoline up in the back. We made it work and it looked beautiful under her flower girl dress.

Cute skirt that fit well.. very adjustable. However, ours came a bit torn.

Has tie string so small size fit my 15 month old..will fit her at 2 years too easily
