I got this product for a small healthcare office. It works well to let the staff know that someone is needed somewhere without needing to leave the room or yell down the hall. There was no real installation other than plug it in the wall. Multiple ringtones are available, and the volume is adjustable. Satisfied with this purchase.

It's easy to use. With this pager, my employees can contact me at any time. It's very convenient.

this is great we use it for a game however i wish it was battery operated because we have to keep the box plugged up and we need it to be able to move around with us

The set up is the biggest issue. Once out of the box, there is a plug and play, kind of. Once you place the receivers (with the plug attachment) into the wall, you have to deal with the annoying sounds it offers until you are all set up. The programming is not practical at all. If you have a hard time reading small print, the directions are impossible without a magnifying glass to see them clearly.The objective is to provide an easy and simple solution to the elderly and this provides great frustration unless you are a teenager. Otherwise, I would have bought something else that would be clear to read and operate.
