This stuff works awesome on cold sores. Soon as you get that little itchy feeling you put a very little on it and it barely ever shows up. It reduces healing time by days. Great value compared to what I used to use that cost way too much.

Good product and value. It seems to be helping me. The only thing I am disappointed about is the expiration date. I purposely bought the 2-pack so that it would last a while, but the tubes expire in 6 months--9/25.

Unrealistic expiration date- Customer service comes through
Lot expiration date is 9/25. Two tubes that are supposed to be used in 5 months? This is not fresh product.EDIT: Changed to a 5-star review. After writing the original review, I was contacted by Wellness Basics (April 2) and offered a full refund with apologies for the soon arriving best before date. They did not even require me to return the product (which did a good job clearing up the sore lip).Kudos to Wellness Basics for standing behind their product.

Haven’t used yet, but seems to be the same as the more expensive brand, but a lot less expensive.
