I ordered a 5mm and got a 5mm. It fits comfortably. Disregard my red ear, it’s not due to the jewelry.This is so tiny it will be easy to conceal. I haven’t been able to find clear 20g push top retainers/ earrings for this piercing so this was a great alternative!

I really love this nose ring, especially the size, color and the closure-style.It was a bit difficult to get in my tiny little nostril, but needle-nose pliers did the trick, as the name should imply would. I will be buying another one!

This is exactly what I needed for my nose piercing. It's super small so it doesn't interfere with my daily beauty routine. Does not snag while washing my face or get caught on my eyeglasses. Please make sure that the pin is bent sufficiently so it's secured. I'm very careful not to drop it because I'm afraid I may never be able to find it. I do have a metal allergy, but the fact that this is so tiny, it doesn't cause a reaction. My piercing is a 20g piercing, so if your piercing is larger (18g, 16g) this may be too small for you.

It is so tiny that i slides thru the piercing hole but just big enough it does it slowly and stretches it I loved that it sat flat on my nose but it was so flat because it was almost inside my skin

I bought this for my ear instead of my nose. It was too small for my ear piercings and would slip through the piercing
